Are there requirements before I float?
If this is your first visit, arrive 15 minutes before your appointment! You must fill out our waiver and watch an orientation video. The waiver is available (click gray button) to fill out before your appointment. You will then be taken to your private float pod room and given a brief explanation on how to have the safest and most amazing experience. You are required to thoroughly shower before entering the float pod.
Ladies: Wait for your menstrual cycle to end before floating.
Wait at least 5 - 10 days after any chemical processing of your hair or spray tanning and make sure that your hair and/or skin wash clear before you float. We recommend not shaving on the day of your float as the salt water may cause skin irritation. Do not eat a heavy meal within an hour of floating. Please arrive 10 minutes before all future scheduled floats. Your float will start at your scheduled appointment time.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a pre-paid Float will be deducted. If you do not have Floats remaining, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
